1. App Purpose

BrandNewDay is a language learning app designed to help users study vocabulary, review learning materials, and improve language learning efficiency.

The app may include free learning tools, optional Plus features, optional Pro features, local vocabulary tools, guided courses, imported learning materials, and review tools.

2. Free and Paid Features

BrandNewDay may provide both free features and paid membership features.

• Free features may include basic learning tools and selected course content.
• Plus features may include enhanced learning tools, advanced review functions, or additional premium content.
• Pro features may include higher-level learning tools, Pro feedback channels, language module requests, custom vocabulary requests, or other advanced learning features.

The exact features may change over time as the app improves.

3. Plus / Pro Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

BrandNewDay may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase.

Payment will be charged to the user’s Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

The user’s Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their Apple Account settings.

Subscription prices, durations, available plans, introductory offers, and promotional offers may vary by country or region and may change over time.

4. Subscription Management and Refunds

Subscription billing, cancellation, renewal, and refund requests are handled by Apple through the App Store. BrandNewDay does not directly process payment card information.

If users want to cancel a subscription, they should manage the subscription through their Apple Account subscription settings.

5. Learning Content and Accuracy

BrandNewDay aims to provide helpful language learning content, vocabulary tools, review tools, and study guidance. However, the app does not guarantee that all learning content is complete, error-free, or suitable for every exam, school, or personal learning goal.

Users should use BrandNewDay as a learning support tool and may need to combine it with official exam materials, textbooks, teachers, or other study resources.

6. Imported Content

Users may import RSS feeds, audio links, remote audio files, or other learning materials into BrandNewDay.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to access, import, and use any content they provide or import into the app. BrandNewDay is not responsible for third-party content sources provided by users.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer the app, interfere with app security, abuse subscription features, submit harmful content, violate intellectual property rights, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

8. Feedback and Feature Requests

Users may contact us to provide feedback, request new language modules, suggest improvements, request custom vocabulary lists, or report issues.

By sending feedback or suggestions, users allow BrandNewDay to review, use, and consider those suggestions for improving the app without obligation to provide compensation.

9. Changes to the App

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of BrandNewDay at any time. We may also change, add, or remove features as the product evolves.

10. Apple Standard EULA

For users who download BrandNewDay from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement may also apply unless a separate custom EULA is provided.

2. 免费功能与付费功能

BrandNewDay 可能同时提供免费功能和付费会员功能。

• Plus 功能可能包括增强学习工具、高级复习功能或更多高级内容。

3. Plus / Pro 自动续费订阅

BrandNewDay 可能通过 Apple App 内购买系统提供可选的自动续费订阅服务。

用户确认购买后，费用将通过用户的 Apple 账户收取。订阅会自动续费，除非用户在当前订阅周期结束前至少 24 小时取消订阅。

Apple 账户可能会在当前订阅周期结束前 24 小时内收取续费费用。用户可以在 Apple 账户的订阅设置中管理或取消订阅。

订阅价格、周期、可用套餐、首购优惠和促销优惠可能因国家或地区不同而不同，也可能随时间调整。

4. 订阅管理与退款

订阅账单、取消、续费和退款请求由 Apple 通过 App Store 处理。BrandNewDay 不会直接处理用户的支付卡信息。

如果用户想取消订阅，应前往 Apple 账户的订阅设置中进行管理。

5. 学习内容与准确性

BrandNewDay 致力于提供有帮助的语言学习内容、单词工具、复习工具和学习建议。但本 App 不保证所有学习内容完全无误、完整，或适合每一个考试、学校或个人学习目标。

用户应将 BrandNewDay 作为学习辅助工具，并根据需要结合官方考试材料、教材、老师或其他学习资源使用。

6. 导入内容

用户可以将 RSS 订阅、音频链接、远程音频文件或其他学习材料导入 BrandNewDay。

用户应确保自己有权访问、导入和使用相关内容。BrandNewDay 不对用户提供的第三方内容来源负责。

7. 用户责任

用户同意不会滥用本 App、尝试逆向工程、干扰 App 安全、滥用订阅功能、提交有害内容、侵犯知识产权，或以违反适用法律及他人权利的方式使用本 App。

8. 反馈与功能建议

用户可以联系我们提供反馈、请求新增语言模块、提出改进建议、请求专属词库或报告问题。

用户发送反馈或建议，即表示允许 BrandNewDay 查看、使用并考虑这些建议来改进 App，且 BrandNewDay 没有义务因此提供报酬。

9. App 变更

我们可能会随时更新、改进、修改、暂停或停止 BrandNewDay 的部分功能。我们也可能随着产品发展调整、新增或移除功能。

10. Apple 标准 EULA

对于从 App Store 下载 BrandNewDay 的用户，除非我们提供单独的自定义 EULA，否则 Apple 的标准 Licensed Application End User License Agreement 也可能适用。
