BrandNewDay Privacy Policy & Support

BrandNewDay is a language learning app designed to help users study vocabulary, review learning materials, and improve language learning efficiency.
Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
BrandNewDay is designed to minimize data collection. We do not collect users’ personal learning records, location data, contacts, photos, audio recordings, or device files for advertising or tracking purposes.
The app does not require users to create an online account to use the core learning features. If the app includes local learning profiles, local settings, saved vocabulary, bookmarks, daily plans, or course progress, this information is stored on the user’s device.
2. Local Data Storage
Vocabulary learning progress, daily plans, bookmarks, course progress, app settings, and learning preferences may be stored locally on the user’s device.
We do not upload users’ local learning progress to our own server. Users may generally remove locally stored app data by deleting the app from their device.
3. Imported Content and Network Activity
BrandNewDay may allow users to import RSS feeds, audio links, remote audio files, or other learning materials provided by the user.
When users import RSS feeds, open audio links, or download remote audio content, the app may connect to the content source provided by the user in order to load or play that content.
Imported content is used to support the user’s learning experience. Users’ local learning progress is not uploaded to our own server.
4. Optional Plus / Pro Subscriptions
BrandNewDay may offer optional Plus and Pro membership subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase.
Subscription payment, renewal, cancellation, refund handling, and billing management are processed by Apple. We do not directly collect, store, or process users’ payment card information.
The app may receive subscription status or entitlement information through Apple’s StoreKit system in order to unlock Plus or Pro features inside the app.
5. Support Email and Feedback
If users contact us by email for support, bug reports, feedback, Pro feature requests, language module requests, or custom vocabulary requests, we may receive the user’s email address and the content voluntarily included in the message.
We use this information only to respond to support requests, handle user-submitted feedback, and improve the app. We do not sell support emails or use them for third-party advertising or tracking.
6. Third-Party Services
At this time, BrandNewDay does not use third-party advertising SDKs or tracking tools to track users across other apps or websites.
Apple may process App Store, purchase, subscription, and payment-related information according to Apple’s own policies when users use App Store services or Apple In-App Purchase.
7. Children’s Privacy
BrandNewDay is designed for general language learning. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information to us through support email, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete the information.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information that users voluntarily send to us, such as support emails. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Data Deletion Requests
Local learning data can generally be deleted by deleting the app from the user’s device.
If users have contacted us by email and want us to delete their support request or feedback message, they may contact us at the email address below.
10. Future Updates
Future versions of BrandNewDay may add optional cloud accounts, server-based login, synchronization, analytics, or other online features. If our data practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy information.

2. 本地数据存储
词汇学习进度、每日计划、收藏夹、课程进度、App 设置以及学习偏好可能会保存在用户设备本地。
我们不会将用户的本地学习进度上传到我们自己的服务器。用户通常可以通过删除 App 来清除本地保存的 App 数据。
3. 导入内容与网络活动
BrandNewDay 可能允许用户导入 RSS 订阅、音频链接、远程音频文件或其他由用户提供的学习材料。
当用户导入 RSS 订阅、打开音频链接或下载远程音频内容时，App 可能会连接用户提供的内容来源，用于加载或播放相关内容。
导入内容仅用于支持用户的学习体验。用户的本地学习进度不会上传到我们自己的服务器。
4. Plus / Pro 会员订阅
BrandNewDay 可能会通过 Apple App 内购买系统提供可选的 Plus 和 Pro 会员订阅服务。
订阅付款、续费、取消、退款以及账单管理由 Apple 处理。我们不会直接收集、保存或处理用户的银行卡、信用卡或支付卡信息。
App 可能会通过 Apple StoreKit 系统接收订阅状态或权益信息，用于在 App 内解锁 Plus 或 Pro 功能。
5. 技术支持邮件与反馈
如果用户通过邮件联系我们，提交技术支持、Bug 报告、问题反馈、Pro 功能建议、语言模块请求或专属词库请求，我们可能会收到用户的邮箱地址以及用户在邮件中主动提交的内容。
我们仅会将这些信息用于回复用户、处理技术支持、整理用户反馈和改进 App。我们不会出售用户的支持邮件，也不会将其用于第三方广告或追踪。
6. 第三方服务
当前 BrandNewDay 不使用第三方广告 SDK 或跨 App、跨网站追踪工具来追踪用户。
当用户使用 App Store 或 Apple App 内购买服务时，Apple 可能会根据其自身政策处理 App Store、购买、订阅和支付相关信息。
7. 儿童隐私
BrandNewDay 是一款通用语言学习 App。我们不会有意收集适用法律规定年龄以下儿童的个人信息。
如果父母或监护人认为儿童通过技术支持邮件向我们提供了个人信息，请联系我们，我们会采取合理措施删除相关信息。
8. 数据安全
对于用户主动发送给我们的信息，例如技术支持邮件，我们会采取合理措施进行保护。但任何电子传输或存储方式都无法保证绝对安全。
9. 数据删除请求
本地学习数据通常可以通过删除 App 从用户设备中移除。
如果用户曾经通过邮件联系我们，并希望我们删除相关支持请求或反馈内容，可以通过下方邮箱联系我们。
10. 后续更新
BrandNewDay 未来版本可能会加入可选的云端账号、服务器登录、数据同步、数据分析或其他在线功能。如果我们的数据处理方式发生变化，我们会更新本隐私政策和 App Store 隐私信息。
